What are your fees?
All of our pricing is reasonable and competitive. To receive a pricing schedule, please fill out and submit our

How do we get a quote?

What about Hazardous Materials like tires, car batteries, paint and other
household chemicals?
We can remove and properly dispose of any common Hazardous Materials with the exception of some exotic chemicals
or situations where there is a large spill.
Some extremely rare circumstances may require special handling by a Haz-Mat expert. Any special handling will
be recommended at the time of estimation.
What areas do you service?
We service all of Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties in California.
Do you use real locksmiths?
Yes. By law, the only things you can do without a locksmith license is install a factory keyed lock (like you can
buy at Lowe's or Home Depot), and make copies of keys. Anything else, such as picking, re-keying or recombinating
locks requires a license from the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Security & Investigative
Services.
Our locksmiths are all licensed and experienced.
How much lead time do you need?
We appreciate as much lead time as possible, but we can be on your property in 24 hours if needed.
What is the No Damage Guarantee?
In some cases a previous owner or tenant will leave a property locked and not provide a key. In those instances
we will gain entry to the property on your behalf. We call this forced entry. But "forced" does not have
to mean damaged.
